Session Retainer

Artwork and digital files are an additional cost.
Because our main focus is to create keepsake artwork for you to enjoy in your home, our packages are designed with that in mind.
The initial session retainer covers your session and delivery of image proofs.
The price of artwork is dependent on the size and materials you select, so the the amount you spend is completely up to you. Typically, our clients spend between $500 and $2000 on artwork for their homes.

Our Process

If you have questions, we’d love to answer them. During your optional and completely free consultation, we’ll answer all your questions and discuss all the details to get your session started. You can schedule a consultation call via our online booking page, or simply send us an email to get started.

If you’re ready to book, the next step is to select your session date via our online booking calendar and pay your session fee. From there, you’ll be sent a welcome email with your service contract and all the tail-wagging details for getting ready for session day.

It’s your horse’s big day We’ll meet at your chosen location and spend about 90 minutes photographing. We’ll take it at your horse’s pace and get great images, no matter how they feel that day! During your session, you’ll get to see samples of our favorite products, so you’ll know what you might want to order.

Within 3 weeks from your session, you’ll receive an email with a link to your very own digital proofing gallery. This is where you can view and select your favorite images from your session, and place orders for beautiful artwork for your home!

Once your order has been placed, your products will be shipped to you directly from the photo lab. Now you can get just as excited as your dog for the mail carrier to come!

Equine portraits are only offered from May through October. (Exceptions can be made, but you’ll need to contact us to sort out the details if you want a winter/early spring session).

We travel to you! Most sessions happen at clients’ barns, but we can also meet you at your favorite arena or outdoor space.

If you’re ready to book, you can conveniently reserve your date and time on our online booking platform. Simply choose your preferred date and time and we’ll give you a call!

We can accommodate multiple horses and can include your family in the session as well! All of these details can be discussed and hashed out when you contact us to plan a session.
