Does my dog have to be well trained?

No! I am confident that every dog-yes, even your super hyper or reactive dog- can have great results! I use a no-fear approach and use a combination of positive reinforcement and patience to get great results!

Can my session include more than one pet? What about my family?

The more the merrier! I allow up to 4 pets and 4 people in the same household with your session fee. I am happy to work with you to add more pets or people if needed, but handle those requests on a case by case basis.

Do you ONLY photograph pets? Can you do my family portraits?

While pets are my specialty, I do photograph families! I can accommodate requests for things like family portraits, maternity, senior portraits, and headshots.
I do NOT accommodate requests for weddings, events, or real estate.

Where are sessions held?

Most sessions take place outdoors at Open Space areas in the Albuquerque Metro Area or in client’s homes.

How much does it cost?

That is entirely up to you! The cost to book is $200 plus tax*, which covers your photoshoot. Beyond that, how much you spend on prints, wall art, or digital collections is in your control. We have various collections and a la carte offerings to meet every need and budget.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes! we accept payments form all major credit cards as well as ACH, Check, and Cash payments.

Do you accept After Pay?

Yes! You can now purchase your session and artwork using Afterpay! Just let us know you want to use Afterpay at booking and we’ll get you set up!

 Equine Session FAQs

 

  • Equine portraits are only offered from May through October. (Exceptions can be made, but you’ll need to contact us to sort out the details if you want a winter/early spring session).

  • We travel to you! Most sessions happen at clients’ barns, but we can also meet you at your favorite arena or outdoor space.

  • If you’re ready to book, you can conveniently reserve your date and time on our online booking platform. If you still have questions or want to talk about options first, we encourage you to schedule a free consultation call, also through our online booking system. Simply choose your preferred date and time and we’ll give you a call!

  • We can accommodate multiple horses and can include your family in the session as well! All of these details can be discussed and hashed out when you contact us to plan a session.

  • Black background portraits require access to a barn or shed that can block light on three sides.
